Ten Things I Could Be Blogging About That I’m Not (Blogging About)

Whenever I read those goofy, carny “How to Blog Better and Make a Ton of Money of the Unsuspecting and Easily-Led Public” sites, they forever talk about “pillars of content” and how list posts are a great way of getting traffic and generating content and all that nonsense. So, I figured I’d attempt something along those lines and wait for the millions of visitors to steam in, marvelling at my prose and offering to write me a cheque out of sheer gratitude for my writing endeavours. A brief flash of productivity

I do like getting up early on a Saturday, getting on with whatever needs doing, and then still having a large portion of the day ahead of me. Last Saturday, with a very early start, this went according to plan, and by about 2pm I was free. So, rather than just talk about writing, I thought I’d actually get on and do some. 200 not out

This is my 200th post on this blog. I thought this was worth marking, in a quiet way, as opposed to marking any calendar-based anniversary for the blog. I’m pleased that I have somehow managed to write that much content over the last little while, and to also have a few people read it. So, a big thank you to my readers here, and particularly to all of you who have left comments. Having a small, yet perfectly-formed, audience has certainly helped motivate me to continue writing. Cheers!
