Great joke!

As for Phil Brown's singing, I'm a big fan of embarassing sporting moments. Delia Smith at Norwich was an absolute classic - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_8JLkwzpd0

Please though, if they stay up, no more singing from Phil Brown. For some reason this reminds me of the dreadful joke about Malcolm Allison and Clough in their heyday. Big Mal is taking a walk along the River Trent the evening before Manchester City's big match at Nottingham Forest. He slips and falls into the river and starts to drown. Quite by chance Cloughie is walking nearby and hears Mal's cries for help. he dives in, pulls him to the bank and drags him out of the water. When he's recovered Mal is extremely grateful but has a favour to ask of Clough. 'Please don't tell my players I can't swim. They might lose respect for me.' 'Of course not, Mal,' says Cloughie, 'As long as you don't tell my players that I can't walk on water.'
